DKLA is about eliminating any and all conflicts of interest. Currenlty, in every real estate transaction, there are two parties, a buyer and a seller. In most transactions, the seller pays the commission for both the buyer’s agent and the seller’s agent. How does the buyer know they got the best price? They don’t. Why? Because there is an inherent conflict of interest built into the commission structure of real estate agents; the more a property sells for, the more the agents make. I formed DKLA to eliminate inherent conflicts of interest which have become part of the real estate business. I did this by developing a novel commission split with my agents. The bottom line is the more they save you, the more they make. This changes the priorities of the real estate agent from one of simply closing the transaction, to one of closing the transaction at the lowest possible price. To me, this makes all the difference in the world. I am betting you are of the same opinion.
